Madison McGown APRN, FNP-C is our Nurse Practitioner and Aesthetic Injector. She completed her BSN at Texas Christian University in 2014 and began her nursing career at Cook Children’s Hospital. She later completed her MSN Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2022 and became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2023. Madison began practicing aesthetic medicine in 2021, specializing in cosmetic injectables and hormonal management.
She began working at FPSI in 2023
and has trained under Dr. Rihani as well as other top injectors in the field. Her passions include injectables, such as hyaluronic acid fillers, platelet-rich plasma injections, SkinPen microneedling, Sculptra, and neuromodulator injections. Nothing excites her more than helping her clients restore their confidence. Her understanding of facial anatomy, skin care and treatment modalities all help her meet her clients’ aesthetic goals.
Maggie Dallmann is our Patient Care Coordinator and has been with Dr. Rihani since starting his practice. Creating a positive culture and making sure patients feel comfortable is something she is very passionate about. Maggie is available to answer and support patients that have undergone a surgical procedure or are considering surgical procedures.
Shelly Morton is a clinical and insurance coordinator for Dr. Rihani and has been with the practice since 2018 after over 18 years in the cosmetic industry. Shelly helps to make the surgical experience – from start to finish – a seamless one.
Candice Alan brings experience as a laser technician to our office as one of our clinical coordinators. She has been in the industry since 2020 and has been with Dr. Rihani since 2023.
