How It Works

Using fat augmentation, artificial fillers, or implants placed near the cheekbones to augment the cheekbones and make them more prominent, also providing some lift of the cheek soft tissues.

Side Effects

Most common side effect is bruising and swelling of the operated areas, there may be some temporary numbness of the operated cheek.

What to Expect

There will be immediate improvement in the appearance of the cheeks after augmentation. There may be some swelling that will decrease over the next few weeks. Depending on the type of augmentation, further injections may be necessary for refinement at a later time.
